1. Keith Rivers, 6-3, 235, Sr., USC. Great athlete with great instincts at outside linebacker. Has pass-rush ability, which would appeal to teams running 3-4 schemes. Excels as a run stuffer and in pass coverage.
2. Jerod Mayo, 6-1, 242, Jr., Tennessee. Played middle linebacker last season but has played outside. Physical player won't shy from contact.
3. Dan Connor, 6-3, 233, Sr., Penn State. The Nittany Lions' all-time leading tackler, quite a feat at a school rich in linebacker tradition. Has played inside and outside and is quick to the ball.
4. Xavier Adibi, 6-2, 220 Sr., Virginia Tech. Smaller than other prospects but productive. Tracks down ballcarriers well and is alert in pass coverage.
5. Curtis Lofton, 6-0, 238, Jr., Oklahoma. Another middle linebacker who started on the outside. But his size and smarts make him a better fit in the middle.
