1. Darren McFadden, 6-foot-1, 215, Jr., Arkansas. Fast enough to break the big runs, but teams wonder if he's as tough between the tackles as last year's top back, Adrian Peterson.
2. Rashard Mendenhall, 5-10, 225, Jr., Illinois. Has a nice blend of quickness and power and is a better receiver than you would expect from a 225-pounder.
3. Jonathan Stewart, 5-10, 234, Jr., Oregon. A big, bruising, throwback runner who always gets positive yardage. Some teams might be scared of his lack of breakaway speed.
4. Felix Jones, 5-10, 210, Jr., Arkansas. Looked just as good as McFadden in some games last season and might be more aggressive hitting the hole.
5. Chris Johnson, 5-11, 200, Sr., East Carolina. One of the draft's fastest players, Johnson can score from anywhere on the field. Provides immediate impact as a kick returner.
