SACRAMENTO A trio accused of a midtown vandalism "bombing run" pleaded no contest to vandalism charges, according to a Sacramento County District Attorney's Office press release Tuesday.
The three were sentenced to jail time ranging from 90 to 150 days. They also are prohibited from associating with graffiti taggers, possessing graffiti tools and from visiting the area they hit on their vandalism spree, according to the press release.
Police responded to an early morning report on Sept. 27 of the graffiti run in progress near 18th and I streets.
Levi Bingham, 24; Melinda Galloway, 21; and John Kent, 24, were arrested.
More than a dozen buildings were vandalized, and the three were found to have multiple cans of spray paint, according to the press release.
