Yolo County has won the gold ribbon at the California State Fair for its exhibit, "Follow the Yolo Brick Road," the county announced Tuesday. Picking up on the fair's Hollywood theme, the exhibit uses "The Wizard of Oz" to highlight Yolo's support of eco-friendly farming practices. The exhibit shows Dorothy and Toto dancing down a yellow brick road made of corn. Tomatoes and wine bottles nestle in the petals of flowers.
