S.F. restaurant to open at Fountains

Tres Agaves, a high-end Mexican restaurant in San Francisco, has signed a lease to open a second restaurant in the Fountains at Roseville shopping complex.

The agreement was announced Friday by Retail West, the Bay Area retail brokerage firm.

The San Francisco restaurant is overseen by chef Joseph Manzare and partners Eric Rubin and Barry Augus.

The restaurant in Roseville is scheduled to open in February.

Tres Agaves features Mexican cuisine primarily from the state of Jalisco and its capital city of Guadalajara.
