Wildlands Inc., a Rocklin-based environmental mitigation and banking firm, has named William P. West as its chief financial officer.
He will be responsible for the company's accounting, finance, information technology and human resource operations.
The company said West will oversee expansion beyond its presence in the western and southeastern United States.
