The office of public affairs at the University of California, Santa Barbara, recently announced the names of undergraduate students named to the dean's honor list at the college.

Students must earn a 3.75 grade-point average on a program of 12 or more graded units in the college of letters and science or a 3.50 grade-point average in the college of engineering to achieve the honor.

Students on the list include Emily Christine Cattolica, Vanessa Nicole Cunningham, Christine Marie Hodge, Jason R. Holley and Travis James-Patrick Lee, all of Fair Oaks.

Cattolica is majoring in communication, Cunningham in pre-business economics, Hodge in sociology, Holley in pre-political science and Lee in pre-sociology.

The university offers bachelor's, master's and doctoral degree programs in most academic disciplines.
