The colors are so intense along the South Fork of Bishop Creek (stop 19) you just have to stop. Today was diffused lighting from overcast skies so that opened up wonderful shooting opportunities. I love the rich green grass contrasted with the vibrant fall foliage yellows and the white bark of the aspens. This photo was made on October 1, 2010 with a Canon 24-105mm zoom lens at 105mm on a Canon 5D MkII full frame sensor camera. The exposure was 1 1/2 sec. at f-22 using ISO 400 and polarizing filter to cut the glare off the water.
