This is the only color from big leaf maples in the park and it only lasts about 300 yards. It is across the road from Fern Springs as you enter the valley. Stick to the speed limit and you’ll make the color last longer as you drive by. This photo was made with a Canon 24-105mm zoom lens set at 50mm on a Canon 5D MkII full frame sensor camera.
