Big Meadow, at the southern end of Christmas Valley (stop 1 on the map) is beginning to turn nicely. The color is a bit early but will be nice next week. This will be another good place to shoot next week. This photo was made on October 27, 2010 with a Canon 24-105mm zoom lens set at 35mm on a Canon 5D MkII full frame sensor camera.
