I’ve heard more pundits and so called color experts proclaim the color is finished in the Eastern Sierra. Shhh. Don’t tell the trees that. Don’t you be fooled either. The color is very nice around the June Lake Loop. It is the key area for color this weekend. Tioga Canyon even has color still. If you’re a color junkie, this might be the last weekend to get it. This has been a great year. This photo was made on October 26, 2010 with a Canon 24-105mm zoom lens set at 70mm on a Canon 5D MkII full frame sensor camera.
