Hours: 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m.-midnight Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m.- 10 p.m. Sunday

Happy hour: 4-6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9:30 p.m.-close Monday through Saturday, 2-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday

The real steal: Appetizers range from $1.95 to $4.95. Choose from such items as a spicy chicken quesadilla, Buffalo chicken bites and salmon sliders. The most popular appetizer is the $2.95 half-pound cheeseburger. Also, enjoy Martini Wednesday with $1 oyster specials all day, and Tequila and Taco Thursdays with $1 beef or fish tacos and $5 margaritas and Tequila Avión specials.

If you like beer, get a pint of Miller High Life for just $3, or for $5 more, combine it with a shot of McCormick's Whiskey. If you prefer wine, it is $5.95. Seasonal cocktails such as Fall Harvest and Pomegranate Cider Martini are $6.95.

The vibe: This place feels like a laid-back Irish pub, but there's always something new here. The Roseville location is celebrating Oktoberfest with various events, and they'll soon welcome a Stag's Leap wine dinner. If you want to celebrate an important event such as an anniversary or birthday, they will personalize their paper menu for you for no extra charge.

Signature drink: One of the most popular drinks at McCormick and Schmick's is the Lemon Drop. Made with freshly squeezed lemon, it is a must-have when you're there.

Bathroom break: Granite countertops and art all over the walls gives this bathroom a cozy feel. A full-length mirror lets you check out your entire outfit, while the half-size mirror above the sink lets you fix hair or makeup.

Alternative libations: Try one of their seasonal cocktails such as the One Hot Mango or White Cosmopolitan. Every season brings a new variety of choices, leaving you with the chance to sample a drink that reminds you of what time of year it is! If the seasonal cocktails don't intrigue you, then you must try their fresh-squeezed lemonade or hand-shaken ice teas. They come in flavors such as raspberry, peach, mango and strawberry.

Something extra: Seat yourself at the bar, and you can either sit at one of the high tables for a cozy drink or face the wall of liquor and the flat-screen TVs. If the weather is nice, however, try to make your way out to the patio and sit at an umbrella-covered table. You can enjoy a view of the pond with the dual waterfall on both sides, and the statues of moose among the greenery.Chicago Fire Pizza
