The trees ringing Emigrant Meadow in Hope Valley are turning nicely and will be half turned mid-week next week. There’s still a lot of green so I believe we are in for some extended color past next weekend. This photo was made on October 14, 2011 with a Canon 5D MkII camera using the Canon 24-105mmL IS zoom set to 58mm. The exposure was 1/90 sec. at f/11 using ISO 400 and a polarizing filter.
