This nice scene is along the East Carson River in Hope Valley. Be carful climbing out to the middle of the river as the rocks are very slippery from hundreds of years of water polishing. This photo was made on October 14, 2011 with a Canon 5D MkII camera using the new Canon 24mmL Tilt/Shift lens. The exposure was 1/125 sec. at f/11 using ISO 400 and a Polarizing filter.
