The big leaf maples that are so abundant in the Pohono Bridge area of Yosemite are loosing their leaves quickly. They usually loose them faster than most trees because of their size and weight. Photograph them this week as many will loose most of their leaves by next weekend. This photo was made on October 22, 2011 with a Canon 5D MkII camera using the Canon 24-105mmL zoom set to 28mm.
