The contrast of the beautiful color and the diagonal branches of this oak tree in Gold River Park in Gold River was too much to pass up. This photo was made November 15, 2011 using a Canon 5D MkII and a Canon 24-105 zoom lens set to 70mm. The exposure was 1/90 sec. at f/11 using ISO 1250 with a polarizing filter.
