Más Cocina Mexicana

1563 Eureka Road, Roseville

(916) 773-3778

Hours: 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m.-11 p.m. Saturday, 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday

Happy hour: 3-6 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 p.m.-close Friday and Saturday

The real steal: Select from draft beers and wine by the glass for $3, well drinks for $4, cocktails ranging from $4-$7 dollars, and appetizers for $5 each. On Monday and Tuesday, happy hour prices on drinks are extended from 6 p.m. to close at the bar. Appetizers are large enough to split between 2-3 people and popular choices include nachos, quesadillas, and taquitos.

The vibe: Traditional Mexican décor, including decorated pots and artifacts, surround you in this laid-back, relaxed restaurant. Red and orange glass pendant lights add a bit of gaiety above each booth. You'll also see added decorations for the holidays.

Signature drink: The top-shelf margarita is $7 during happy hour and is typically the most popular drink. Made with 100 percent premium blue agave tequila; fresh, hand-squeezed lime juice; and agave nectar, this margarita comes in flavors such as mango, blackberry, and pomegranate, to name a few.

Bathroom break: The bathroom has only two stalls, but there is plenty of mirror space for touch-ups and there's a mirror outside the bathroom as well.

Alternative libations: Mojitos and the Jamaican sunset – made with rum, grenadine, and pineapple – are typical choices for those who don't order a margarita. Are you the designated driver? Try one of their virgin margaritas, which come in the same flavors as the alcoholic beverages.

Something extra: Happy hour works anywhere in the restaurant, and we suggest the patio. It is covered and has fans and heaters to deal with whatever weather blows this way. Even on a chilly day, the heater keeps you toasty, but a light breeze fills this oasis. A large fountain takes up the side of one wall. Plants fill decorated pots, and flowers surround the fountain.Sienna Restaurant
