I was leaving Lakes Nursery and was weak-kneed when I walked past this full-colored scarlet oak. I decided on a medium close-up. This photo was made November 16, 2011 using a Canon 5D MkII and a Canon 24-105 zoom lens set to 65mm. The exposure was 1/90 sec. at f/11 using ISO 800 with a polarizing filter.
