Two-wheel workshop

What: Get back to cycling at Bikeology 101, sponsored by NorCal AIDS Cycle, at Discovery Park. Veteran cyclist Nancy Buck will lead the event, a workshop for people new to cycling, returning to the activity after a layoff or experienced cyclists seeking more knowledge. Among the list of topics will be proper bike fit, using gears, safe uphills and downhills and more. There will be a short ride on the American River Parkway trail after the workshop. NorCal AIDS Cycle is a four-day, 330-mile cycling fundraiser held each May benefiting HIV/AIDS service organizations in Sacramento and Northern California.
