"RadioElkGrove," an Internet radio program specifically serving the city of Elk Grove, will launch on Friday.
Using a radio/magazine format, the program will feature interviews and reporting on politics, public affairs, history and cultural issues in Elk Grove. Weekly editions will air on Fridays.
"We don't want to be all things to all people," said Denny Gomez, program producer and host. "Elk Grove is a distinct and unique city, with a past, a present and an ever-developing future all its own."
The program will be available at www.radioelkgrove.com, on iTunes and by RSS feed via the Google and Yahoo reader services.
