• 1. J.J. who?: The Kings waived forward J.J. Hickson in March after he averaged 4.7 points and 5.1 rebounds. Hickson is averaging 14.0 points and 7.4 rebounds for Portland.
• 2. Get tough: The Trail Blazers will try to be physical against the Kings, who haven't responded well to that style of play much of the season.
• 3. Home energy: Following the disappointing arena news, the mood today isn't likely to be celebratory unless the Kings play well to spark the crowd. The Kings need all the help they can get to end their season-worst seven-game losing streak.
