Kings guard Isaiah Thomas was voted to the NBA All-Rookie Second Team by NBA head coaches Tuesday.
Thomas received five first-team votes and 17 second-team votes for a total of 27 points, placing him ninth overall.
Rookie of the Year Kyrie Irving of Cleveland was the only player unanimously selected, with 29 first-place votes (coaches were not allowed to vote for their own players).
Minnesota's Ricky Rubio finished second with 21 first-place votes and seven second-place votes.
Seven players made the first team because of a three-way tie for fifth place between San Antonio's Kawhi Leonard, New York's Iman Shumpert and Detroit's Brandon Knights.
Thomas, the last player selected in the 2011 NBA draft, averaged 11.5 points and 4.1 assists in 65 games for the Kings.
