2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 cup Boston Lager
4 ounces crushed barbecue-flavor potato chips
Mix flour, baking soda, Boston Lager and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Heat a skillet to medium and pour batter into large circles let bubble.
Sprinkle potato chips on top of "mancake" and flip. Cook until lightly browned.
Serve with bacon and maple syrup.
