Description: The Citrus Heights Police Department is looking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect in the surveillance photo. On Sunday 06/10/12 at 2:24 PM the suspect entered the Ulta Store, 5927 Sunrise Blvd., Citrus Heights. The suspect loaded multiple items of fragrances and a hair processing iron into a light colored shopping bag and ran out of the store to a waiting vehicle. The suspect is described as a female (possibly) Hispanic in her 20’s, approximately 5’6”, 150 pounds, with blond streaks in her hair worn in a pony tail, wearing a two tone white top with dark short sleeves (with a multi colored pattern) and shorts. The getaway vehicle is described as Red Chevy Blazer, Cal. Lic TQM047 or similar.
