Seasonably hot weather is forecast for the Fourth of July in Northern California.
National Weather Service forecasters predict little change in the weather pattern that has brought temperatures in the 90s to the Central Valley and cooler days in the mountains.

Today: Sunny, with a high near 93. Light and variable wind becoming west northwest 5 to 7 mph in the morning.
Tonight: Clear, with a low around 60. West wind 6 to 9 mph becoming south southeast after midnight.
Independence Day: Sunny and hot, with a high near 96. South wind around 6 mph.
Wednesday night: Clear, with a low around 58. South wind around 9 mph.
Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 92. South southwest wind around 9 mph.
Thursday night: Clear, with a low around 57.
Friday: Sunny, with a high near 93.
Friday Night: Clear, with a low around 58.
