He died of multiple gunshot wounds suffered when shooting erupted and shot into the car in which he was riding with his father on July 4, 2012 in south Sacramento County. Sheriff's department officials said deputies responded to a hospital shortly after 11 p.m. where the father of the little boy had taken his wounded son, and where he was pronounced dead. -

Shots erupted from another vehicle, striking the father's vehicle multiple times. The father immediately knew his son had been wounded by the gunfire and drove him to the hospital.
