More organized searches are planned for missing college student Linnea Lomax.
People who want to participate in the searches on Friday, Saturday and Sunday should check in at the search center, 2440 Glendale Lane. Volunteer check in times are between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., all three days.
Volunteers must be at least 18 years old and show photo identification, according to the KlaasKids Foundation.
Lomax disappeared after walking away from an out-patient mental health facility on Howe Avenue, where she had been receiving treatment after she had what her family has described as a breakdown while studying for finals at the University of California, Davis.
Lomax, 19, was last seen June 26 around 1 p.m. She is described as a white woman, 5 feet 2 inches tall, and 100 pounds. She was last seen wearing faded green pants and a dark hooded sweatshirt with the word "Sweden" on the front.
Lomax's parents requested that the KlaasKids Foundation organize the community volunteer searches. KlassKids Foundation organized a similar search last month.
