    Gregory Kondos is one of California's most prominent artists and a highly respected landscape painter. His work is up with the art of famous Chinese native (now a Sacramentan) Shimo at Shimo Center for the Arts, 2117 28th St., (916) 706-1162.

  • Alex Bult Gallery
    Susan Tonkin Riegel's show of mixed media drawings and paintings is titled "California to China." It's up at Alex Bult Gallery, 1114 21st St., Suite B. (916) 476-5540

  • Archival Gallery
    Works by well-known artist and fishing guide Fred Gordon give us a look at all things finny. His show is up at Archival Gallery, 3223 Folsom Blvd. (916) 923-6204.
