Sacramento area weather expected warm, sunny for entire week

Temperatures this week in Sacramento are expected to hover around the low 90s and rise to 97 degrees as the week comes to a close, according to the National Weather Service.

Today will have a high of 93 degrees, with Tuesday and Wednesday following around 92 and 94 degrees, respectively.

Temperatures are expected to rise by Thursday, with a high of 97 degrees, which is forecast to remain until Saturday. Sunday is predicted to dip by a few degrees, with a high of 95 degrees.

The entire week is expected to be sunny and clear, according to the National Weather Service.
