Offense: Late touchdown didn't make up for ineptitude. Running game was nonexistent, and passing game featured a lot of short passes to Darren McFadden. Grade: D

Defense: It was too easy for Philip Rivers with little pass rush. Defense forced field goals but no turnovers. Penalties remain a problem. Grade: C

Special teams: Depth at long snapper became an issue after Jon Condo's injury. Travis Goethel struggled to snap, and a punt was blocked. Grade: F

Overall: New era of Raiders football was a lot like old one. Too many mistakes. A lot of work to do. Grade: D
