Elk Grove's David Garibaldi and his group CMYKs placed fourth in the finals of "America's Got Talent" on Thursday night on NBC.

The juking, rockin', break-dancin', paint-flinging artists – aka "Rhythm and Hues" – competed against five other acts that had outlasted thousands of competitors from across America.

A traveling dog act, Olate Dogs from Houston, claimed the top prize of $1 million and a headlining Las Vegas show.

Artist Garibaldi performs more than 100 shows per year and has painted in bold brush strokes such pop luminaries as John Lennon and Elvis. For the finals, he and his four-man crew painted Albert Einstein.
