Description: The Sacramento Police Department is currently seeking Kevin TIDWELL on a felony warrant for the above charge. TIDWELL is described as a 25-year-old Black male,6’ 01” tall and weighing 183 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. The victim and TIDWELL live together. On July 18, 2012 the victim was visiting a female friend. TIDWELL came over to the friend’s home and told the victim to come home. When she refused TIDWELL punched her in the face, slammed her head against to door, grabbed her by the neck and dragged her home. TIDWELL was last known to reside in Sacramento.
