Sacramento-based HMH Builders, a fixture in the region's construction industry for 55 years, said Wednesday that it is rebranding itself Swinerton Builders Sacramento.
HMH has been an affiliate company of the San Francisco-based Swinerton Inc. family of companies since July 1, 2000. HMH officials said the company decided to fully assimilate itself with Swinerton Builders to enhance its regional presence and foster competitive advantages.
"We are excited to be in the final stages of fully integrating both HMH Builders and Swinerton Builders," said David Higgins Jr., Swinerton Builders Sacramento's general manager. "We have been working closely together for the last 12 years.
Officials expect the integration to be completed by Oct. 19.
