Description: On May 3, 2012, the victim’s credit card was used at three locations: Chevron at 2700 Del Paso Road, Footaction in Fairfield, and Quikstop at 3296 Marysville Blvd. The video from Quikstop contains images of a Black male adult who used the victim’s credit card. He wore a dark jacket with white stripe. The vehicle is a burgundy full-size American sedan, possibly a Cadillac. It has distinctive blacked-out treatment to the wheels and rear lights.
