Re "Romney dodged the draft" (Letters, Oct. 10): Letter writer Joseph M. Sherman's says that because Gov. Mitt Romney deferred military service for religious reasons, and then came back to find he had a high draft number, he dodged the draft.
Some people got high numbers and some didn't. Sherman's contention is that every male should have enlisted, no matter what their draft number was.
Did President Obama enlist or serve in the military?
I guess it is alright to criticize Romney, but it isn't OK to do the same for our Commander in Chief.
The hypocrisy is blatant.
