096 Table Mtn Bent Trees

Bee/Dave Henry
Table Mountain meadow has some interesting trees. These were bent many years ago by snow sliding down the hillside to the right. Over time the trees compensate for the pressure and grow vertical again. This photo was made on October 9, 2012 with a Canon 5D MkIII camera using a Canon 24-105mm zoom set to 45mm. The exposure was 1/60 sec. at f/11 using ISO 1000. For more information on lighting, exposure and filters, check our Tips and Techniques section. 096
