Giants vs. Cardinals, 1 p.m.: Where to find TV, radio and online coverage

The Giants and St. Louis Cardinals are scheduled to play the third game of the National League Championship series at 1:07 p.m. today, weather permitting.

Light rain fell earlier today in St. Louis and more precipitation is forecast, though the game is expected to be played. The series is tied 1-1.

Matt Cain is the scheduled starting pitcher for the Giants. Kyle Lohse will start for the Cardinals. Both pitchers are right-handers and each won 16 games during the regular season.

The game can be watched on the Fox network, Fox40 television in the Sacramento region. It will be broadcast locally on radio stations KNBR AM 680 and ESPN Radio 1320 AM. Game broadcasts begin at 1 p.m.

Online at sacbee.com, the game can be followed via live gamecast by The Sports Network. The gamecast features game animation, statistics and updates.

Also posted online are complete NLCS schedule and results, as well as ALCS schedule and results.

The ALCS game begins at 5:07 p.m. and will be broadcast on TBS and ESPN Radio 1320. The Detroit Tigers have defeated the New York Yankees in all three of the games played so far and could win the A.L. championship with a victory tonight ion Detroit.
