    Stroughter, born Jan. 3, 1986, was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a wide receiver in the seventh round of the 2009 NFL Draft. He played college football at Oregon State. As an all-purpose back his senior year at Granite Bay, he rushed for 986 yards on 126 carries (7.8 average) and scored 15 touchdowns in addition to catching 31 passes for 618 yards (19.9 average) and six touchdowns.     Donald Butler, 6-1, 245 pounds, Del Campo High School

    Butler played college football at the University of Washington. He was considered one of the top linebacker prospects for the 2010 NFL Draft, and was selected with the 79th by the San Diego Chargers.     Malcom Floyd was born in Sacramento on Sept. 8, 1981. He was signed by the Chargers as an undrafted free agent in 2004. He played college football at Wyoming.     Lance Briggs, 6-1, 242 pounds, Elk Grove High School

    Chicago Bears linebacker Lance Briggs returns an interception 74 yards for a touchdown against the Dallas Cowboys. Briggs was born in Sacramento on Nov. 12, 1980. He was drafted out of Arizona by the Bears in the third round of the 2003 NFL Draft. Briggs was named Sacramento Bee Player of the Year as a senior with 100 tackles, including five sacks. He was also a two-year track letterman in the 200 meters, relay and shot put.
