Sleep Train Mattress Centers bought 10 more mattress stores in Washington state and Idaho as it continues to expand throughout the West.

The Rocklin retailer bought the stores from two mattress chains in the Northwest. Sleep Train will convert the locations to its own brands.

Some of the stores will become Sleep Country USA outlets, the brand the company uses exclusively in the Northwest. Some will go by the name Mattress Discounters, a brand the company uses in several states, including California.

Purchase prices weren't disclosed. The acquisitions will leave Sleep Train with more than 270 locations.

Sleep Train recently became the naming-rights sponsor of the Sacramento Kings' arena.
