Rocklin High School senior Taras Maksimuk sets up a tripod and camera in his bedroom for a video he'll upload to his YouTube channel, TechRax. The tech-savvy teen has more than 5,700 subscribers and gets so many hits – more than 4.1 million at last count – that he gets paid for bringing visitors to the site as one of YouTube's 1 million partners in 30 countries.
