Jason and Brittany Deen of Sacramento show off their triplet boys Wednesday at Sutter Memorial Hospital. Born last Thursday, the boys, from left, Sidney, Jenson and Elliott, weighed in at a combined 20 pounds. If certified, the total weight will top the Guinness World Records mark for triplets of 18 pounds, 11 ounces.
