Soup is the star here
Taste a variety of soups from area restaurants, including Seasons and the Sacramento Natural Foods Co-Op, and pick your favorites at the Camellia Waldorf School Winter Faire. Gingerbread workshops, crafts, live music and entertainment will be included.

Cost: Free admission; soups cost $4 for a single serving, $8 for three samples, $9 for large soup with salad and bread, and $10 for three soup samples plus salad and bread.

Add festive designs to winter holiday cookies in this free event sponsored by the Sacramento Public Library. Sprinkles and colored icings will be available for decorating.

• Do not use the commenting system for advertising. That's spam and it isn't allowed.
• Don't use all capital letters. That's akin to yelling and not appreciated by the audience.
• Don't flag other users' comments just because you don't agree with their point of view. Please only flag comments that violate these guidelines.
