Sacramento County sheriff's deputies arrested a 48-year-old man last month after he drunkenly brandished a gun at an Arden Arcade restaurant and claimed to be a cop, according to authorities.

Richard Flojo was arrested on suspicion of drawing or exhibiting a weapon in a rude or threatening manner, according to a written report from the Sheriff's Department.

He is scheduled to be arraigned Dec. 19 on two counts of that charge, as well as a charge of resisting arrest, according to Sacramento Superior Court records available online. All are misdemeanors.

On Nov. 30, a man came into a fast food restaurant on La Sierra Drive, acting drunk and belligerent, according to the sheriff's report. When employees asked the man to leave, he threatened the employees as well as two customers in the restaurant.

As he made the threat, he pulled aside his trench coat to reveal a handgun, and claimed he was a cop, the sheriff's report states. The victims followed the man to his apartment and then called police. Deputies arrested him there and later identified him as Flojo.
