A San Francisco company said Monday it has acquired nine Roseville office buildings from a division of Houston real estate giant Hines.
The buildings, totaling 670,000 square feet, are all on the Douglas Boulevard corridor and are among 14 Hines offered for sale in July.
The original portfolio was valued by local real estate brokers at well over $100 million. No sales price was provided for the deal with San Francisco-based Ellis Partners LLC, which said in a press release that it has been "seeking investment opportunities in this region for some time."
The sale includes buildings in four corporate centers: The Summit, Olympus, Roseville Corporate Center and Johnson Ranch.
Ellis Partners reported it has hired Cornish & Carey Newmark Knight Frank to handle leasing at the properties.
