'Wonderful' on stage
What: Capital Stage presents the classic "It's a Wonderful Life" performed as a 1940s live radio broadcast in front of a studio audience. Five actors perform the dozens of characters from the film and provide sound effects.

Live Nativity scene
What: The United Methodist Church in Rancho Cordova, is hosting its 31st annual live Nativity scene. Actors in period costume and animals will re-enact the night of Jesus Christ's birth in a full-sized stable.
