30 Days to Feeling Fit & Guided Shopping Night, food tasting and guided shopping tour. The 5K Resolution, a flat 5K run/walk for people of all ages and fitness abilities that begins and ends at Crocker Park (Third and O streets, Sacramento). At the end of the run/walk, participants write down a resolution for 2013 that will be emailed to them in July as a reminder. $20 general, $15 ages 7-17, $10 children ages 6 and younger. American Heart Association, Start Training Program 2013 information session, staff and coaches will train you to complete a half-marathon.
