USA Properties Fund Inc., a Roseville-based developer of affordable housing, has completed a deal for two apartment communities in Southern California.
The acquisitions include Victoria Woods, a 176-unit affordable senior community in San Bernardino. It will be renamed Vintage at Kendall, with apartments available to low-income seniors ages 55 and older.
The other acquisition is the 125-unit Victoria Woods Senior Apartments complex in Yorba Linda. It will be renamed Vintage at Stonehaven.
USA Properties, which owns more than 75 apartment communities in California and Nevada, said it plans to make multimillion- dollar renovations at its two new properties.
