RAIDERS GAME AT A GLANCE

Opponent: at San Diego Chargers

Time: 1:25 p.m.

Line: None

Records: Raiders 4-11; Chargers 6-9

TV/radio: Ch. 13, 1140

MATCHUP TO WATCH

Raiders QB Terrelle Pryor vs. Chargers defense

With starting quarterback Carson Palmer injured and backup Matt Leinart not likely to return next season, the Raiders will see what Pryor can do in his first professional start. Known for his ability to avoid the rush and make big plays with his legs, Pryor will certainly be challenged by a defense that sacked New York Jets rookie quarterback Greg McElroy – making his first start – 11 times last week.

THREE KEYS TO GAME

• Raiders running back Darren McFadden is averaging just 3.3 yards per game – the worst average of his five-year career. McFadden has been held to 40 rushing yards or less in five games this season. He ran for just 32 yards against San Diego earlier this season.

• This could be an emotional game for the Chargers, whose coach Norv Turner will likely be fired after missing the playoffs for a third consecutive season. Quarterback Philip Rivers won't reach 4,000 passing yards for the first time since 2007 but expect him to challenge the Raiders' secondary often.

• Most every position on the Raiders' roster will be evaluated following their 10th consecutive season in which they missed the playoffs. First-year coach Dennis Allen's job appears to be safe despite coming nowhere near the back-to-back records of 8-8 posted by Hue Jackson and Tom Cable – both fired.
