Re "Suit says shops sell a dangerous inhalant" (Page A1, Jan. 3): Another frivolous lawsuit by someone who doesn't want to be responsible for their own actions and thinks someone else should pay.
Jason Starn deserves to reap whatever he's sown. He bought and used the nitrous oxide and liked the effects for over two months. But now that his voluntary usage is causing severe physical problems, he thinks he bears no responsibility.
Starns says he's filing the lawsuit on behalf of others who've been injured, but it sounds like he's looking for a scapegoat. This suit needs to be thrown out.
