Re "Rhee wasn't perfect, but had the right focus" (Ginger Rutland, Jan. 10): The Frontline documentary about Michelle Rhee depicted a very hard-working, clever and charismatic woman, but also raised some questions.
If Rhee was focused on real education, and not self-glorification through amazing test scores, why was she so lax about investigating evidence of massive fraud in scoring the tests?
Why did she think she was above the law in dealing with the DC city council's mandate on summer school?
After torching the career of her chief sponsor, Mayor Adrian Fenty, has Rhee shown humility?
